2020 SoMa Cellars Rosé, Clarksburg AVA
Well-made Rosé should be “bone dry”. In other words, it should not have residual sugar. Many wine drinkers are put off by cheap, sweet Rosé, but they are surprised and love our Rosé, which is made with 80% Tempranillo and 20% Mourvedre grapes. At this price point, you can’t beat it.
2016 and 2017 SoMa Cellars Zinfandel, Jigsaw Vineyard, Dry Creek
Likewise, Zinfandel makes a wonderful dry red wine, but is often overshadowed by Cabernet Sauvignon. We love our Zin when we want a fine red wine which is not as serious as Napa cab or Bordeaux. At this price, the SoMa Zinfandel is a screaming deal.
2017 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel

2016 Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel

The Dry Creek Valley west of Healdsburg in Sonoma County is famous for Zinfandel. There the Zinfandel wine is often dry farmed (not irrigated) and head pruned (not trellised). 2020 Rosé

Our 2020 Clarksburg Rosé is made with 80% Tempranillo grapes and 20% Mouvedre. It’s style is reminiscent of a bone dry Spanish Rioja rosé. It is pale coral in color and offers delicate floral and fruit characteristics balanced with bright acidity. The SoMa Rosé is enjoyable by itself on a warm sunny day or beautifully accompanies seafood, pasta or a charcuterie board. Save $6.00 off our regular price of $25.00!
